Can samples be provided for free?
Samples are typically not free for finished items, especially for large industrial lamps.

What are your payment terms?
We usually require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% balance paid before delivery. For small orders less than 3000 USD, 100% T/T is required to confirm.
