Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory, OEM and ODM services are provided.
What's your payment term?
Usually, we accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of the total amount as a down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
How to order your LED products?
Please send us your purchase order by Email. We need to know product information (Size, Quantity), required delivery time, and shipping information (Address, Phone number).
Can we order a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample orders are available and usually take 5-7 days to finish. The sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.
How to pay express charges for samples?
If you have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT, or UPS account, we can send samples by freight collect. Alternatively, you can pay the freight charge to our account, and we will deliver by prepaid express.
How can I trust your quality?
The entire production process strictly follows CE standards. Every procedure is under the supervision of our QC department, with a final check before shipping.
