Q1: What is the warranty for the light?
For the lamp fixture, we provide an 18-month warranty. If the light stops working, please first check if the bulb is broken.
Q2: How about the water-proof performance?
Our navigation lamps are designed for harsh environments. Most products are tested multiple times and carry an IP56 protection class rating.
Q3: Do your lights support AC/DC?
Yes, our fixtures support both alternating current and direct current (AC: 12V, 24V; DC: 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V).
Q4: Is there a dimmer function available?
Navigation signal lights do not have a dimmer function, but cabin reading lights and chart lights usually do. We can provide different power illuminants for selection.
Q5: What is the MOQ for orders?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces.
Q6: Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples, although the courier fees are typically paid by the collector.
